A seat becomes active when an employee requests a workation and remains active until the workation ends. This means you never pay for unused capacity, making it perfect for companies just starting their remote work journey or with seasonal workation patterns.
Once an employee’s workation ends, their seat automatically becomes inactive again. You’re only charged for the months the seat was active. This ensures you pay only for actual usage, not potential usage.
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply to the next billing cycle. Your active seat count and usage stay the same – only features and limits change.
No long-term contracts required. All plans are month-to-month. For enterprise customers, we offer annual contracts with additional discounts and benefits.
