There is enough room for everyone! Within the property's 400sqm you can choose to relax in the garden sauna, to make a barbecue outside, practice yoga or even work on the rooftop terrace.
Also, you can cook a delicious meal in one of our four fully-equipped kitchens.
Explore the outside world of the city for its nightlife and daily activities. Challenge yourself by going on hiking and biking trails in nature, sunbathing on the beach or go to a theatrical performance. Everything can be reached on foot or by a short bus ride.
Group activities are offered on a regular basis such as Monday dinners, yoga and skill sharing sessions.
You can easily do your work in one of the three dedicated areas. Our working environment are divided into silent, mid-noise and communal working areas, but all of them are equipped with 500Mbps wifi, printing facilities and a flexible desk policy.
Additional facilities such as IT and paddle boards can be rented out for an additional fee.
The coliving and coworking can be reached by a thirty-minute bus ride from the Tenerife North Airpot
