This Historical colliding has 8 fully equipped rooms that, preserving their original spirit, have been carefully renovated to provide them with the greatest comfort that will make your stay more pleasant.

Patio:
When you arrive at the house you are greeted by an impressive 59m2 outdoor patio. You will feel that you are entering a very special place since they have the decoration of typical Canarian houses. You will be surprised by the tall palm tree that is in the center of the patio, in a large clay pot and surrounded by many plants. Would you like to take a break and enjoy these views? Feel free to sit back and admire this beauty. It is also a very peaceful place. Perfect for reading a book or enjoying a conversation.
Shared kitchen:
On the first floor you will find the kitchen that is fully furnished and equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. In addition, there are two refrigerators, two freezers and a place to store food. Each room has its assigned space with the name of the room.
Dining Room:
Next to the kitchen is the dining room. It is a multifunctional space; some days it is used for eating and other days as a coworking space. It has a large antique looking table. In this space you will find photos of all the colivers that have passed through the house.
The roof terrace:
With views is one of the strong points of our coliving. It is one of the favorite places and where colivers spend a lot of time, day and night. It has a covered part so you can work, eat or spend time even during the sunniest hours. The roof terrace is perfect for working. There are two tables with seating for 10 people. It has a great internet connection independent of the rest of the house and many plugs. There are also sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a shower for the hottest days.
